Australian Exchange Program
Sa-nguan Ying School have been running a Student Exchange Program with high schools in Tasmania, Australia since 2004. I joined the program for the first time in 2006, chaperoning Thai students to Kingston High School in Tasmania where I once spent three years completing my graduate course. The Exchange Program consists of two interrelated portions. The first part is for the Thai participants to visit schools in Tasmania, which take places in March of every year. The latter part is for the Australian participants to visit Sa-nguan Ying School, usually in June-July. Each exchange student is paired with an Australian student and will be hosted during the entire stay. Likewise, chaperoning teachers are also hosted by Australian teachers of the visited school.
